I would like to take a moment to recommend Anthony's Janitorial Service. I am the director at Subiaco Retreat House in Oxford, Mi. Subiaco youth retreat house is a large sprawling building with many and varied rooms, from a large dining hall to small meeting rooms, to dorm style bedrooms with bunk beds and bathrooms. We welcome thousands of high school and middle school students here each year where they stay from for a day or a week. Many years have passed since we had through deep cleaning. Needless to say we were in need of serious cob web and dust bunny removal as well as carpet and window cleaning. Tony Romano and his crew arrived ready for the challenge. Starting from the very high ceiling at our entrance to the far corners under built in bunk beds they dusted, vacuumed, and washed so the place looks and smells as it hasn't in many years. The house was not built in a maintenance friendly way with many glass window dividers, wood trim, floating walls, and many corners. The crew has such attention to detail that all of this was done in a professional manner. The monastery also had Tony's crew clean the chapel carpet. I can only say that it looks brand new. They kept pulling out dirt until the water ran clear. They even went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to doing a few extra items. Anthony's Janitorial has serviced the North Campus of Holy Family Regional School for 18 years. As the Assistant Principal of the North Campus, I have known the owner, Anthony (Tony) Romano for 13 years. I have always been impressed by Mr. Romano's dedication to deliver quality service. Mr. Romano's cleaning company has been very flexible to the needs of the North Campus. Though the school day ends at 4 p.m. each weekday, several events, both school- and church-sponsored, affect the amount of cleaning needed by the end of a day. Frequently, Mr. Romano's company cleans the school after scout meetings, enrichment programs, Religious Education classes, and parent meetings that have also occurred. Never does he complain about additional cleaning that is beyond what the school population generates, and beyond the expectations of his contract. Additional requests for spot-cleaning are never a problem to Mr. Romano and his crew. He is graciously adaptable. Over the years, Mr. Romano's company has provided the cleaning services for the North and South Campuses of Holy Family Regional School. He is a valued member of our school community. He and his team of workers are trustworthy, dependable, and reliable. Mr. Romano personally oversees the quality of work his crew is producing and will assist to see that all expectations are being met. Tony Romano of Anthony's Janitorial and Maintenance Inc. and I corresponded by e-mail with me in Florida and his business in Michigan. After several e-mails we had determined the work to be done and the amount to be paid for the job. Tony e-mailed me the contract, which I then signed by e-mail and returned in the same manner.

I traveled to Michigan and met Tony at the site on the day he began the job. I am happy to say that the company did an outstanding job cleaning and painting the inside of a house that the owner planned to list for sale.
Tony's estimate was most reasonable for this difficult job and he was able to make adjustments in the original plan as needed. It was a pleasure to work with Tony Romano and his professionals and I would hire them in a flash if I needed this type of work again.

I am delighted to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Tony Romano, owner of Anthony's Janitorial Service. I have known Tony for 18 years as an honest, caring, hard-working man who asks the same of those who work for him. I met Tony in 1995 when I, as principal of Holy Family Regional School in Rochester, was looking for a reputable cleaning company for the school. My experience with the previous company had not been pleasant since the quality of work was definitely lacking and was not reflective of the mission of our school-a school of excellence. Tony promised quality, honest work and delivered it from the time his company took over until the day I retired as principal in 2011. He continues there to this day. Because our school was growing, we planned and opened a second campus of the school in Rochester Hills in 2001. Tony brought more employees on board and the meticulous quality of his work continued. That school truly looked like a picture every day. Tony and his people took great pride in the appearance of the classrooms, hallways, offices and restrooms.
